Hi,
R1P2D2 here, and I really need help. I am driving to the West Coast on Tuesday morning from Kansas City, MO. I have no problems with drinking just coffee in the morning, and even eating an apple or orange might happen if I'm bored. What I'm concerned about is how to eat afterwards. I was thinking of buying the sealed packs of tuna to munch on while traveling on the road, and maybe taking protein drinks as well. I have my george foremen grill, and I won't have a problem buying thin enough slices of chicken breast and beef, but I want to make sure that if I grab a yogurt or cottage cheese I won't blow it. Or maybe I shouldn't do it while on the road? I've had bouts of sleepiness with this, and I don't know if it's the stress of moving, or the HCG? I've been told it's the HCG. Anyone else experiencing this? jkdieter |

I ate tuna for most of my first round and did well, as long as it's white albacore packed in water you should be ok. Also yogurt is tricky, also not on protocol, but I eat 0% fage regularly in p2 and do fine, i tried cottage cheese once and did ok. cottage cheese is allowed occasionally according to p&I. I don't think any of those would be a particularly risky choice, as long as you don't eat more than you're supposed to, they're just not technically on protocol. It's unlikely thought that any of those things will completely blow your diet unless your body just doesn't respond well to them. Good Luck!
