Default Staying on Phase 3 between Rounds
My Doctor suggested that if I want to, I can just stay on Phase 3 for 6 weeks in between Round 1 and Round 2. She said that there
is really no need for maintenance if you have more weight to lose ane are going onto another round. Has anyone else done this? How did it work? I don't have any problem with doing it, just wanted to hear from others...Thanks

I did phase 3 for 3 weeks in between rounds and then back to phase 2, round 2. I did ok at this part, it was hard to get back on, but I did it an lost the same amount I lost in phase 1, which was 30 lbs. When I went to start round 3 after doing phase 3 for again 3 weeks, I just couldn't do it! So I gave myself another 2 weeks, and started again and was able to stick with it. The one thing I find funny is that while I am on phase 2, I don't find myself craving junk, but stuff I can have on phase 3... like my egg white omelet! Phase 3 is my favorite!
Good luck!

Actually I pretty much stayed on P3 for 6 weeks between Round 1 and Round 2 based on my doctors suggestion. I did add moderate carbs for the last couple of weeks of the 6 weeks with a slice of bread for breakfast each day and having red beans or pintos occasionally.
