Default Can't eat... and too much water...
Hi!
I have some doubts... i'm on day 10 of induction... and today I couldn't eat my lunch. I started to eat but I couldn't swallow it... I didn't eat at all and i'm worried because I have to eat every 6 hours and I just had 2 fried eggs and 1 coffee with sweetner for breakfast 7:30 am)...

I think I'm also drinking too much water daily... I am constantly thirsty... I drink over 3 litres of water/day (101,47 ounces)... my poor kidneys

Everything else is fine though... I just hope I can swallow dinner.

Take care everyone!

Hi I have been having the same problem, and am roughly at the same stage as you. I think its just one of them things that will improve over time so stick with it.

I have been told I am not eating enough which is a bad thing, so what I try to do it use plenty of flavours I like (such as mayo) with my foods to make them more appealing to me and have found that helped alot.

As for the water, I drink roughly the same as you but have found it alot easier the longer I have gone on. I read on here somewhere that someone compares drinking their water to excercise, they just do it and get it over with as quickly as possible which sounds like a good idea to me. I dont use that method though, I try to keep my water with me and always in my sight and sip at it constantly, you find your bottle is soon empty!

Hope I helped

Thank you!

I have my appetite back. I figured that if I ate 3 meals always at the same hour of the day, I had no problem... and it works
