Hmmm...I received the following e-mail today:

IN PREPARATION FOR THE WEST AFRICA KENDO CHAMPIONSHIP COMING SOON. WE FILL IF THEY CAN ATTEND A WEEK TRAINING IN YOUR CLUB WITH YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR PROFESSIONAL THEY COULD BE THE BEST TEAM WE EVER THOUGHT AND AS WELL BE THE BEST TEAM IN OUR COUNTRY WE OF THE ABOVE CLUB WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE,IF YOU CAN ORGANISE A TRAINING CAMP FOR OUR TEAM ONE WEEK? . Let's see how many replies it takes for a request for funding/personal information is made. Just in case this is legit (a very remote possibility) does anyone know of a West African Kendo Championship, of if there is a legitimate dojo in Lagos? If any others out there got this e-mail, let me know and we'll have a bit of fun with it if it's not legitimate. |
