Well there have been many a time I was about to buy some cool looking product there, only to notice multiple RMA's in the reviews, and reports of other problems. If there are 100 reviews and 60 bad reports, you can be sure I am going to reconsider getting that product!

I find the reviews very valuable for that purpose, and the silly reviews are easy to ignore, especially since other reviewers will often explicitly refute obviously flawed Information. Also, recently I have seen that even the manufacturers are getting into the picture and quickly handling bad reviews and unhappy customers, which to me can only be a good thing.
