According to conspiracy theorists, nothing really adds up.
So, "1+1=2" is simply another answer provided by the people who rule the world, and therefore, prima facie, false.

Agreed, I think the "2" is rather one of many possible interpretations here, not an absolute truth. Let's remember that we all have our biases and prejudices, so people promoting the view that 1+1=2 might do that mainly out of self-interest.

In any case it's better to look on the big picture, and get some more sources. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle

I think this assumption of absolutes in mathematics is a disgrace.

This completely ignores the filosofical question about whether or not numbers are even real. You cavemen ever think of THAT??
