Hi Shannon, I agree totally, it is reassuring to know that there is someone I can ask questions to and get the answer, the correct answer. A big difference between information from someone who's only read instructions and someone who's actuallt living it. Swab does know what he's talking about and has some great advice such as eat for fuel, kinda puts it in a new perspective for me... simplizes things (LOL)

Just kidding, but seriously though, I have been looking for a body wash and shampoo that I can use that I can also count on to keep me from getting "lizard like" and I thought about using Purity Made Simple. SO I looked up the ingrediants and found that it does have a bunch of oil in it but the oil is not from animals and is from plants/seeds. I found coconut alcohol as an ingrediant but no coconut oil.
Here is a list of the ingrediants:

Also, I finally got a hold of JON at AllDayChemist and after a very long and very frustrating "chat" with "Jon" I found nothing out, BUT! Today when I opened my e-mail I did find a message from AllDayChemist stating that I now have a tracking number and after utilizing that tracking number I discovered my product wasn't shipped until the 25th and it is today (the 26th) that their postal system (India) notified America's postal sytem that they are shipping it over. So the e-mail I recieved earlier stating it was shipped in the 21st was nothing but a big fat lie and now I am really stressing on whether or not it makes it here by the 1st. I think once it hits U.S. soil it should only take about a week unless it has to go through some other process once it gets here. If I need to start a couple days later than the 1st can I still start with this group? Either way I am going to get a hold of USPS and find out if there is a way for me to pick it up from the post office in Seattle where it will likely sit for a day before shipped to Everett for a day and then on to me the following day, if I am able to pick it up from Seattle I can shed 3 or maybe even 4 days off the time. We'll see...

Sorry to hear about your delivery woes. You don't need such stresses before you jump into such an intense diet, and especially not when you're grabbing hold of some control over your health.

Start as late as you need to. You're part of our little loading family even if you have to start on February 8th The rationale of having us starting closer together is merely for logistics, since it's easier to get support if most people are at the approximate same point of the program at the same time.

Personally I'll be starting 2 days late due to my own logistics.

Can anyone tell me if it's true that hCg is changing and if it is does that mean ALL hCG or will overseas still be the same? I recieved an e-mail from PROHCG today claiming they have only 188 bottles of the hCg left (sublingual) and then thats the end of it, for their company anyway?

Now, I just have to make it through customs and I will be on my way to health and comfy in skinny jeans life

Not sure if hCG is changing, or not, but I've seen enough worry that people are starting to stock up for the possibility. You might want to order your next order behind your current one, if you have more rounds to do and have the funds.

I spoke with someone over at ADC last night they assured me that the rx formula was not changing, it is the homeopathic that people may be talking about. But either way I am going to be stocking up on the good stuff. But when you think about it how could they change the rx formulation unless it was changed to be homeopathic which would mean it would just no longer exsist in the rx form. I don't know much about it but sounds reasonable to me *shrugs* Still no word on whether my product made it through U.S. customs yet but I did find some good rx that will be here shortly, this way I have enough to get me started on my pound dropage (LOL) and I will be stocking up and doing so in plenty of time so I don't have to worry about customs and resending! Do what I did, it is a huge help! First go to the "forums" and open the begginers and the where to buy hCG threads. In those threads you will find a list of info on te best place to buy the hCG and if you are looking for the shots then it will point you to where to buy the other stuff you'll need. The best place I found so far (and I've searched) is the AllDayChemist.com but remember to read the info posted in the forums first or you might buy the wrong kind (premixed) or buy too much in which case it loses potency. I haven't strtd th ediet yet but from what I've seen on this site I think 50# by March would be a snap so long as you follow the diet to the letter. The nice thing about it is that you shouldn't ever be hungry so 500 cal is no problem I'm sure someone with more experience will be happy to answer your questions in a little more detail but for now check out the forum threads I was talking about. I think (but not positive) that reliablerxpharmacy is a part of AllDayChemist and I know from my own experience that ADC (alldaychemist) is a legit pharmacy. If you go to the top of the forum page and do a search for reliablerxpharmacy you will find a list of posts from other members that would probably be helpful in answering your questions re: just about anything. But if you can't find an answer you can count on that someone here will respond to any questions you have and point you in the right direction. Best of luck to you!, Nicole

Not sure about Amazon hCg but I have been warned repeatedly about buying hCg from the internet sources. I guess it depends on the type of hCg you are ordering as well but this is the reason I buy mine from the pharmacy. At least when you buy from ADC your product is garuntees even if it is seized they send you a new package. Best of Luck to you!

Again I have to say I am not the best person to answer this question but I do know enough to say that sun exposure is not your friend in excess because if you get too much sun you will retain fluids and secondly to use a tanning bed you should use a lotion and you can't use lotion on this diet. You have to stay away from fats and oils, topical as well as internal.

@nic, happy new year skinny b**th in the making!!! Just wanted to check on u and see if u've got the powdered gold yet!!

As for my absence on the forum:
#1. I've been naughty for the last 2 weeks!
#2. Been too ashamed to tell anyone
#3. I didn't wanna be hypocritical or pretend I'm doing that right thing by commenting about the protocol.

The one decent thing I can announce is I haven't gained from everything I've been cheating with. But I haven't lost either.
So I've basically been using HCG half assed! Eating right one day, screwing up the next! I'm very worried about what's gonna happen when I stop the shots!!! Will I gain the 15lbs I did lose!?
It's been 39 days. And I have skipped a dose each week. So I've gotta figure out what to do now.
I know I should stop and go into P3, but I'm scared!!
But I don't wanna stop! I wanna start over or keep going- but w/o the cheating part.
On another forum I visit many people do longer rounds. A few do up to 60 some days. But they 'say' they do it by the book *no cheating*! They also say they can do it cas they've got over 50-100 lbs to lose and don't stop until they've become immune or get to goal.
I've got about 15-20 more lbs to lose before I'm at pre-preg weight and even though I've been losing VERY slowly since the baby before the HCG, (btw he's 5 now and it's taken me all that time to lose 40 of the 75lbs I gained) with HCG I lost 15 in 3 -4 weeks!

Dose anyone have an opinion on either starting over now or continuing for a few more weeks.

And if I do start over how would u do it? Would u stop for a week or so and do a small load day? Or what???
Please don't be too mean to me, I've been mean to myself for far too long! I know I didn't do the right thing. I know this protocol is a PRIVILEGE not a right! I know I deserve whatever negative effects I get from not following protocol.
But still, I'd just like to hear any suggestions from u guys. Please

Um!... Granted I haven't been around the forum for very long or even that I am familiar with the "liquid gold (LOL)" but I would be shocked if anyone was going to pick on you for "breaking weak"! Holy cow! You are human right? You are beating the sh*t out of yourself and I seriously doubt you've done anything that nobody else that's dealing with weight issues can't relate to and understand. YOU DON'T DESERVE NEGATIVE! Just jump back on that pony girlfriend!
Anyway, what about the steak day? Are you doing a different protocol than the one that suggests a steak? I didn't read on about the steak theory but from what I figured it is necessary because the all protien and zero carbs will throw you into ketosis (fat burning) and then the following day I think you go back to following the protocol as written but since this is not the Atkins diet it may require you follow a different path back to the VLCD. Either way i know the steak theory works and if I could stomach a steak a day for the rest of my life (& only a steak) I'd be sitting pretty. But I too break weak occasionally and fall into that damn human state where I am less than perfect but the good thing about it is that I try and learn my lesson, although, I'd be a big fat liar if I were to say I always leaned my lesson the first go round (on anything lol). I don't know though, check out the steak theory and as far as you gaining back the poundage you already lost when you go off the diet... it's not a rule, you get to control that part! Happy to see you're back and NO THE FREAKING GOLD HAS NOT ARRIVED! But it is in customs and has been for about 4 days now (today being freakin holiday screws my plans all to h3ll!) and I did buy a bottle from another member, she's a senoir member and she seemed trustworthy enough so I went for it BUT THATS NOT HERE YET EITHER! And once again the holiday thing comes into play, screwing up my mail delivery schedule! ARGH! If only I could just call customs and tell em' that it's really super important they release my package and I promise I am not going to blow anything up and then if only I could call USPS and tell them I'll meet em' half way so they don't need to put my stuff back in their darn sorter! But unfortunately I am not that special so I think they'd just return my stuff to India and snicker about it.
It's a darn conspiracy I tell ya! ARGH!

I know i couldn't wait the 2 days my pharmacy woulda taken to get it to my front door, and insisted I drive to bumf**ck Egypt to get it NOW!!
But man was I happy once I finally got my greedy paws on it!!
I think i rocked that package gently in my arms, kissing it softly, caressing it lightly & humming the tune " you light up my life" at least our 1st night together!! Lolol
But that's just me, I'm sure you and yours will have your own special moment of joy once your bag o hunny arrives!! Lol
Anyway, any day now! But do not call up post office or ups freakin out about it cas it might make them flag it or somthing!! Remember it's NOT allowed in the US w/o a script!! And if customs or someone gets suspicious they have every right to confiscate it!!!

OH MY GOSH! You are so funny. Yes, it is torture but I've decided that the second I start obsessing (which is every 3rd second of each 24 hour period) I am going to my "happy place" you know the one! The place you go to where you're at the mall and you're choices of clothing are something other than a gawdy print or a shirt with a picture of a big grinning minne mouse wearing an oversized pink bow with white polka dots on her bald lil head! Why is it that designers (granted it is better these days) believe that fat women enjoy the same styles of clothing as toddlers? Only much larger of course! Have you ever noticed that? Anyway back to my happy place! I walk into a department store like Macy's for instance, and I DO NOT take the escalator down to the bottom floor where they stash the fat girls clothing. No No No No! Instead I skip up the too slow moving for my likes escalator to the area where they proudly display all the very cute and stlyish clothing for women (age appropriate of course! nothing more pathetic than a woman over 30 trying to dress like Miley Cyrus!) where at that point I am able to look at the size tag on the jeans and grab a pair in a size 10-12 and a pair in a 7-9; once in the dressing room I slide on the larger size and laugh, making a comment that "oh these are WAY too big". In the end I purchase a size 7-9 jeans along with some new lingere, a couple pair of jean shorts and a few t-shirts to wear on those days when the sun is shining here in Washington (since it will be in the summer months that I project to be at my goal weight). OH! I left out the best part! The clothes not only look good BUT THEY ARE COMFORTABLE! No muffn top to hide, no ugly red bumpy indents around my waist from the jeans and I can breathe when bending over to tie my shoe without un-doing my pants first!
So, yeah, I just continue to run through that day over and over again until my "liquid gold" arrives. I can not tell a lie though, I still check the damn tracking link on the USPS website first thing every morning even though I know they are closed today. I keep telling myself that maybe the Customs department is not taking the extra long holiday and that somehow my package will make it out of customs today. A girls gotta dream *shrugs* So today I live in fantasy land and tomorrow I place all my hopes on the customs department again LOL. I have to say that I am not as worried about it being seized now though, a few members here have explained to me about the 90 day supply and that FDA is not handling it but rather the actual Customs dept. also, it's only been 4 working days that it's been "INBOUND INTO CUSTOMS" and typically it takes 5 business days and then with the holidays conspiring against me I think it would be a waste of energy to stress on anything arriving before Wed. or anything being seized. Worse case! I have to wait an extra month or so while the pharmacy re ships, so all this extra time just gives me the oppertunity to make sure I have all my neccesary tools and gives me time to bag up and freeze my 3oz servings of meat as well as prepare a weekly menu. I am damned and determined this is going to work and part of making it work means I have to be prepared for every possible scenerio, including the end phase and stabilization. Don't want to get too much happy in my pants and screw up all the gains (losses) I make by prematurely going off the diet. I've read through the posts on this forum many times over and have done my best to learn by others success as well as their mistakes. Did I mention this forum is awesome! Anyway, now that I've written yet another book...
Hope ya'all had an awesome day 1 of 2012 and that every day here on out is better than the one before!
