there only aloud to upload legal torrents[no]

yep i dont like newsgroups either i always get max download speeds on my torrents
hopefully another top torrent site will pop up like mininova did when supernova shut down

The way the Dutch law works now is:

Downloading illegal content = allowed.
Seeding illegal content = forbidden.

Dutch government wants to stop ( with succes) the illegal software offers from download sites.

This is the first step, after following other countries, in blocking sites that lists copyrighted material.
