Default 5 weeks to go...
I have 5 weeks to get to my ideal weight, but I'm just wondering how much weight roughly I can expect to loose in this time.

I am looking to do 45 mins of exercise three times a week, and maybe prolong induction over 3 weeks?
(mainly treadmill, cross trainer& abs weights)

Any estimates??

Need a LOT more info before we can guess... how old are you, male/female, height and weight right now. Any medications? All these things, plus many others, are factors which determine weight loss. If you're very close the middle an ideal weight range for your height, I'd guess 2.5# in five weeks. If you're at the top of your range or a little over... maybe 5 pounds. If your goal is to get out of the obeses range and into "just" overweight, maybe 8 to 10 pounds. The less you have to lose, the slower you lose it. 1/2# a week at the end is spectacular weight loss.
